Our dermal fillers are composed of cross‑linked hyaluronic acid (HA), calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA), or poly‑L‑lactic acid (PLLA). They restore lost volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance facial contours.

  • HA Fillers: Soft, reversible, ideal for lips, nasolabial folds, tear troughs.
  • CaHA Fillers: Stimulate collagen production, longer lasting, for deeper wrinkles and cheek volume.

Detailed Product Information

Hyaluronic Acid Fillers

Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring glycosaminoglycan in the skin. Cross‑linked HA fillers provide immediate volume and hydration. They are reversible with hyaluronidase. Indications include lip augmentation, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, cheek augmentation, and tear trough correction.

Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHA)

CaHA is a biocompatible, non‑resorbable mineral that stimulates neocollagenesis. It is ideal for deeper facial folds, jawline contouring, and hand rejuvenation. Effects last 12–18 months.

Poly‑L‑lactic Acid (PLLA)

PLLA is a synthetic, biodegradable polymer that gradually restores volume over 2–3 months through collagen stimulation. Requires reconstitution with sterile water. Indicated for facial lipoatrophy and deep wrinkles. Typically 3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart.

Adverse Events and Management

  • Common: swelling, redness, bruising, tenderness – resolve within 7 days.
  • Rare: vascular occlusion (blanching, pain) – requires immediate hyaluronidase injection.
  • Nodules – massage or intralesional steroid injection.
  • Infection – treat with antibiotics.

Storage and Shelf Life

Store unopened syringes at room temperature (2–25°C), protected from light. Do not freeze. Check expiration date on packaging.
